Why GRC?
Frost-resistant
GRC fibre cement handles cold Highveld winters without the freeze-thaw cracking that splits clay and terracotta. Safe for highland gardens.
UV-stable
The surface holds its colour and finish under intense South African sun without fading or degrading.
Lighter than solid concrete
GRC is a fraction of the weight of cast concrete, making it practical to move, install and deliver.
Tougher than clay
Unlike brittle clay or terracotta, GRC takes a knock without shattering. It is a cast piece, so position it once and leave it. Built to last 15 or more years.
